Make Sure They Mention You

When your referral schedules their first appointment, ask them to provide your full name on their new client forms so we know who sent them our way.

You Earn, They Save

After their first visit is complete, your referral will receive a free first exam, and a $50 credit will be applied to your account to use toward future services.

Visit Completion Required: Credits are issued after the referred pet’s first paid visit.

Credits Are Non-Transferable: Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, shared, or redeemed for cash.

Program Terms May Change: Hoffman Animal Hospital reserves the right to modify or end the referral program at any time without prior notice.
