  • View previous and currently scheduled appointments
  • View your pet’s lab results, clinic summaries and more
  • View past invoices and statements
  • Access the portal from any web browser

If you are already a Hoffman Animal Hospital client, simply click on the button below and click “First Time Logging In? Sign Up Here!” Follow the steps to create a new account.

Please note that when entering your information, it is important to use the email and phone number we have on file for you. If you are unsure as to what email we have, give us a call at 410-757-3566 and we can provide that information to you.

Families who have not visited us yet, can request access to the new Client Portal. Families can request access when calling to schedule their next visit or while at their next appointment.

Can I use the portal for emergencies?

  • No. Please call us immediately at 410-757-3566 or go to your nearest emergency veterinary hospital.

Can I edit my pet’s information or add new pets on the portal?

  • Yes. This can be done under the My Patients tab. This information will be automatically updated in our system!

Can I cancel appointments through the portal?

  • Yes. However, please provide for 24 hours notice in order to avoid potential cancellation fees.

Can I schedule my pet’s surgery through the portal?

  • No. Please call the front desk to schedule.
